I wasn’t actively looking for a new role when I first encountered Hamilton Forth, but what I read in their job description really caught my attention.

This was exactly the type of team I wanted to be part of. To me, recruitment is about people, growth, success and changing lives and I’m passionate about serving my candidates and clients with those values which truly align with Hamilton Forth and the Livingston James Group’s purpose.
My move to the recruitment industry is relatively recent in my career, however the decision is one that I am grateful to have made when I did. I spent over 20 years working in Finance before taking a role as an Operations Manager for a recruitment training company. When the pandemic hit putting a stop to all live training events, I moved into direct recruitment specialising in Salesforce roles and I have never looked back.
My own recruitment journey with Hamilton Forth has been managed with integrity and professionalism. From my very first conversation with Hamilton Forth Managing Director, Ali Shaw, I felt hugely valued. I was introduced to team members and CEO Jamie Livingston who shared their visions for the future, and it was clear that the Livingston James Group is a company who have purpose and values at its core.
I am proud to be leading on Salesforce recruitment for Hamilton Forth, and to be a part of a community-driven company that is committed to growing the Scottish Tech Market. I’m also excited to be back working in the city where I was born!
