OUR PURPOSE
We are here to advise and support people and organisations to realise their potential so that together we can impact lives and communities for the better.

We are Hamilton Forth.
Hamilton Forth is a technology and change recruitment business delivering recruitment services that combine smart technology and creative solutions to help clients and candidates gain a competitive edge. Taking our name from Margaret Hamilton, the computer scientist who helped to develop on-board flight software for NASA’s Apollo program, we are committed to the advancement of the tech sector in the UK and beyond.
We are here to advise and support people and organisations to realise their potential, so that together we can impact lives and communities for the better.
This is our purpose. This is why we get out of bed in the morning, this is why we work so hard, this is why we choose to come together as a team, and this is why we feel proud of our achievements at the end of the day.
With purpose set, our values guide our behaviours, and consequently the experience our clients, candidates, colleagues, and communities have when we partner with them. Our values are:
- Together we achieve more
- Make a difference
- Always do the right thing
- Be passionate and determined
- Be famous for excellence
