What first  attracted me to Hamilton Forth was  the organisation’s  purpose and values.  Working with clients and candidates every day to help them realise their potential is what makes me get up every morning.  The fact that I get to do what I love whilst also working with clients and candidates within the Salesforce eco-system is the icing on the cake.

I love speaking with clients and candidates to get to know what they need, their projects, what Salesforce products they are working with and how we can support all of that through our recruitment services. As a certified Salesforce Administrator and Trailhead Ranger turned Salesforce recruiter, I am able to see both the client and candidate point of view, which is really helpful.  To find a company where I can work with a great team of IT recruiters, working with customers I love supporting, in an environment that fits with my values is the perfect package.

From the moment I  engaged with Hamilton Forth, I was not disappointed. From my first conversation I was in no doubt that this was a company led by its purpose and values.  The recruitment process can tell you a lot about an employer, and I was thoroughly impressed with the process at Hamilton Forth throughout.

The involvement in members of the wider Hamilton Forth team in my recruitment process, not just the CEO and Directors, made it clear that at Hamilton Forth and the wider Livingston James Group they really value the input of their existing employees when recruiting new consultants.   Really valuing employees’ opinions is, for me, one of the key factors to a successful career with a company.

Hamilton Forth at London’s Calling Event

The Hamilton Forth Salesforce Talent team was delighted to attend the 7th edition of London’s Calling at the beginning of June at The Brewery in London.  London’s Calling is Europe’s largest community led event for Salesforce professionals with over 700 people attending and was Hamilton Forth’s first big Salesforce event.
