Our client has developed a SaaS platform which is revolutionising the energy sector. With scalability and technical quality at the heart of this platform, this is one of the most technically challenging and rewarding roles in the market.

The role holder will oversee a team of up to 10 software engineers with a view of growing this in the future. There will be opportunities in future to get involved across other areas of the business as well hence providing an exciting career development path.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience of developing and managing with high performing engineering teams
• A background in software engineering
• Passion for building highly scalable software solutions
• Mentoring others and helping them achieve their potential
• A keen interest in and experience of introducing modern ways of working

In addition to the above, we are looking for someone who is truly passionate about technologies and has a keen interest in keeping themselves up to date with the latest trends. This role is suited to someone who loves leading by example and is not afraid to work collaboratively to solve complex problems.
