Responsibilities

• Liaise with project managers, internal & external stakeholders to support planning and implementation in close collaboration with the client.
• Designing solutions around the customer requirements and communicating these solutions
• Lead workshops with each of the business streams
• Stay informed on Salesforce releases and acquisitions to help drive the product roadmap

Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect
• Relevant Salesforce certifications
• Consulting experience, particularly working with Enterprise level clients
• Lead functional and business process teams
• Translate requirements into quality architected solutions
• Expert understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
