Are you an expert in creating Salesforce Reports and Dashboards? If so, we want to speak with you!
This new role is an exciting opportunity for a reporting specialist to join an established CRM within a global charity. You will provide support worldwide to the organisation with reports and dashboards to help transform lives across the globe.
You will have experience of producing high quality reports and dashboards, either from Salesforce or an equivalent CRM system. You will have a proven track record of working alongside teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful reporting to assist them in their roles.
You will be experienced in training users, both individually and in groups, on how to use reporting tools. Ideally, you will also have experience in the customisation and admin of Salesforce to help ensure data collected and stored is done in a way that maximises the reporting potential and usefulness to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a suite of dashboards and reports for global teams
- Work with CRM team to identify improvements to data being held within Salesforce and suggest changes that will help improve reporting
- Manage all reports and dashboards available within Salesforce, making sure they are up to date, correct and relevant
- Implement a reporting folder structure and naming convention to ensure consistency and make sure users can find what they need
- Manage user access to reports and dashboards
- Respond to and resolve internal Salesforce support cases, requesting assistance with reporting
- As appropriate, creation of new fields and objects within Salesforce
- Responsible for training users in the use of reports and dashboards. This will include running training sessions, creating support articles, and helping users on a 1-1 basis
