The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

Essential:

• Run and lead discovery sessions to fully understand and document client requirements
• Translate client requirements into solutions and lead on the delivery of the solutions
• Be able to demonstrate hands on experience with Salesforce Lightning configuration
• Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques
• Experience with Salesforce full life cycle implementation
• Salesforce Administration certification and a Consultant certification is essential

Preferable:

• Experience of working with non-profit organisations within a Salesforce capacity
• Experience of NPSP
