If you have 2 years’ experience or more in a Salesforce consultancy or have been in a consultant/advisory role within an end user environment, then we would love to talk with you.

Responsibilities of the role are:

• Delivering workshops to identify & gather client requirements
• Documenting client requirements
• Delivering End User Training
• Confident to liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders taking a consultative approach

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience of working with clients in a Salesforce consultancy to understand client requirements
• Experience of working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and (or) Experience Cloud
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Certified Salesforce Admin and ideally Sales/Service Cloud Consultant Certification
