Hamilton Forth are delighted to be supporting one of the largest global insurance brokers to recruit an Office Assistant on a 6 month fixed term basis. Joining the city centre Glasgow office, you will have the opportunity to be part of an established and growing team of 200.
As Office Assistant you will be responsible for:
- General Administration
- Acting as point of contact for visitors,
- Managing calls when required
- Managing emails and enquiries
- Document management
Preferred Candidate Skillset:
- Strong written skills
- A friendly and positive attitude
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of the wider team
