Hamilton Forth is delighted to be partnering with a high-growth, multi-site client based on the outskirts of Glasgow. Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Interim Head of IT on a 3 month basis to support the delivery of key business projects.
The organisation is currently going through a period of growth, which includes the development and launch of a new site. The Interim Head of IT will be responsible for leading on business critical IT projects including supporting the new site launch, system upgrades and system transformations.
The Head of IT will be responsible for managing third party suppliers to ensure project milestones are met, therefore excellent stakeholder communication skills are required.
The Head of IT will be responsible for managing a team of approximately six within IT, ensuring developers hit pre-determined milestones and project objectives.
Proven experience of delivering commercially focussed technology solutions and a commercial outlook will be beneficial. The Head of IT will be responsible for developing the IT strategy and ensuring continuous improvement of business and IT processes.
Experience of Azure, Microsoft stack and Business Central are preferable.
This position is based in the outskirts of Glasgow. This is a predominantly office based position with the requirement for occasional travel to sites around the UK.
