Your Tasks:
• Act as an agile delivery manager for the platform and products; leading ceremonies, daily
stand-ups and reviews
• Line management, mentoring and development of our team of Data Engineers. We want you
to help us develop and continuously improve our team and processes
• Responsible for the BAU operations of our Platform; ensuring the availability, integrity and
performance of the platform and its data
• Ownership for maintaining and evolving our data development lifecycle and maintaining data
team controls and standards
• Oversee 3rd party supplier delivery

Your Qualities:
You won’t necessarily have all the following qualities, so don’t let that put you off applying. We
would like to see well-rounded candidates rather than someone who simply satisfies a checklist.
• Strong experience leading and supporting technical data teams to deliver great things
• You are passionate about how data can support a business and help it grow, and you have a
strong business focus
• Great communication skills; you are happy communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
• You’re comfortable not knowing all the details; you are happy working on your own initiative
speaking with business stakeholders to fully understand their priorities and needs and then
helping your team deliver them
• You will be experienced with technical data concepts, and engaging and contributing alongside
Data Architecture and Engineering colleagues, helping inform our design principles

If this position suits your experience and career ambitions, please apply at your earliest convenience.
