Hamilton Forth is delighted to be partnering with the University of Glasgow to appoint the Head of Transformation Insight and Analytics

The University of Glasgow has launched an exciting, strategic transformation programme: World Changing Glasgow Transformation (WCGT) to support the delivery of their strategic ambitions as outlined in the Inspiring People Changing the World Strategic Plan. The ambition for the transformation is significant and will be University wide, addressing challenges as diverse as culture change, organisational redesign, development of new service delivery models and improved end to end processes. The programme will invest in major business improvement, focusing on driving efficiency and effectiveness to deliver improved service and experience for staff and students.

The Head of Transformation Insight and Analytics is a newly created role, central to the development, management and prioritisation of the overall transformation business case and change pipeline for WCGT.

Making key strategic decisions in the shaping of the future strategic portfolio and assessing the impact the portfolio has on the user experience, this position requires analysis of complex data to support critical decisions as part of realising transformation outcomes. This is a broad and unique role requiring a blend of leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
