Hamilton Forth is delighted to be partnering with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow to appoint the Head of ICT and Digital Transformation

Founded in 1599, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (RCPSG) is a worldwide community of inspiring health professionals working together to advance the profession and improve patient care. Many give their time freely to develop curricula, set exam questions, and contribute to the development of good health policy.

The ICT function is central to enabling and supporting the day to day operations of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, promoting best practice and creating a culture of digital security. The Head of ICT and Digital Transformation will lead the strategic development and operational management of the ICT function and capabilities. The role will add significant value to this function, and the broader organisation, ensuring business systems, applications, infrastructure and ICT services are fit for purpose whilst taking responsibility for third party relationships and driving a cohesive culture.

This charismatic and forward-thinking leader will play a critical role in the digital transformation of RCPSG and have an innovative approach to the adoption of new technologies and initiatives, in line with key organisational objectives. Importantly, the Head of ICT and Digital Transformation will engage with colleagues, internal customers, users and partners to understand their needs and aspirations for service delivery and enhance the user experience.
