Hamilton Forth has expanded its team with the addition of two experienced technology recruitment consultants.
Mike Noble joined the business in November 2017 with Alicia Bailey joining in January 2018. Hamilton Forth, a part of the Livingston James Group, launched in May 2017.

Mike has over 13 years Technology recruitment experience with specialist knowledge across Digital Transformation, Cyber and BI & Analytics. Mike has spent the last two years as an onsite technical recruiter with various firms including HSBC, Cap Gemini, DWP and most recently Vodafone. At Hamilton Forth, Mike will work with current clients whilst developing further business within our specialisms of Digital, BI & Analytics and Cyber.
Alicia brings 17 years technology recruitment experience to the table, the last five of which have seen her specialise in senior technology and digital leadership appointments across the technology, media and the telco sector. Some of her recent appointments include; CTO, CIO, CDO, Product Director, Data Scientist, Head of Data Architecture, VP Engineering, Chief Software Architect and Business & Project Change Managers, making her a valuable addition to the team.
Mike and Alicia join Sarah Greensmith, who will continue to focus on senior technology appointments across professional services as well as the business’ interim offering, and Rachel Ireland, who will continue to support the team in building and growing its candidate pipeline, attraction, and engagement plans.
